We are proud to say that "The Mystery of David’s Bridge" was a nominee for the 2005 Library of Virginia Literary Award in Fiction.  

"The Mystery of David’s Bridge" was originally meant to be the first in a series of books featuring Bailey Ferrol in the fictitious Virginia town of David’s Bridge.  As time went by, Pamela decided to work on a second book taking place in David’s Bridge as a sequel rather than as the second in a series.  Why?  Well, we all know how life takes us down paths we might not have PLANNED for - and instead of focusing on the writing side of her creative brain, Pamela opted to take up her hobby of oil painting instead - leading to the note cards and the demise of the "series" idea......Who knows - maybe there will be more than just two "Bailey books" - time will tell......
